With never before licensed tracks from Southern California’s
Vika, his heartfelt “Pualena” continues to receive airplay in Hawaii and throughout the Pacific region. From California’s Bay Area, the male vocal group KAI achieved notoriety after signing with Geffen Records in the late 90’s. Their independent single release “It Might Be You” became an instant hit in Hawaii, The Philippines, and the Mainland. Looking to the next generation, we bring you a new release from Jett17 featuring EtiVise, the youngest children of the talented Wolfgramm Family (older siblings were the chart-topping group The Jets). A self-contained band consisting of 8 members, their original track “Running Out of Love” is a smooth mixture of R & B blended with current pop inflections.

Rounding out the collection are some of Hawaii’s top local artists: Ho’onu’a and Koa’uka back with their lively feel-good “island style” sound dominating the local airwaves. Veteran performers Sistah Robi, Harold Kama, Jr. and the Big Island’s
KA’U sing stories of love in the islands. Ryshe’, AZ (Aziel) and B.E.T. add a touch of urban island flavor while the ladies of Forte and Yasmeen deliver solid vocal performances.
